Vijay Thalapathy quits Cinema and joined Politics

The much-awaited news for Thalapathi Vijay has already come as he is quitting Cinemas and already formed his political party Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK)which translates into English from Tamilnadu's victory party.
Thalapathi Vijay has announced quitting cinema after completing two movies to become a full-time politician in Tamilnadu and wants to work for the people of the state.
The rumors had been spreading over social media in the past few months and the sealed news came on Friday When Vijay officially announced his political debut and the end of his movie career. He started visiting needy people and he met the students of classes 10 and 12th also offered aid to the people who had been affected by the recent flood in the state.
"You all are well aware of the political situation of Tamil Nadu. On one side, we have a dysfunctional administration and corrupt political culture and, on the other, we have divisive politics that aims to divide people along the lines of caste, creed, and religion. Both impede our progress. It is uncontestable truth that people, more so in Tamil Nadu are longing for a change in a political scenario and want a selfless, honest, secular, and talented party to bring about a change. In this case, it's my long-term intention and desire to help the people of Tamil Nadu and the Tamil community who gave me name, fame, and everything after my parents, as much as I can." Vijay's statement read.
