Kejriwal likely to be arrested

Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj and Atishi shared a tweet on the X platform on Wednesday late night and asserted on ED that, they might arrest Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the recent ongoing drama of the Delhi Excise policy case.

This controversy began when Mr. Khejriwal dodged 3rd summons of Ed continuously yesterday. Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal cited the Rajya Sabha election and Republic Day celebration as reasons for not appearing to the ED office for the investigation.

Kejriwal said also in his reply to Ed said this notice is illegal and questioned just as a political move ahead of the 2024 parliamentary election. The APP also informed this is a political stunt, Delhi minister Atishi slapped the BJP and the term Ed summon is a BJP summon.

In this situation, both sides continue to blame each other.

Delhi BJP Chief Virender Sachdeva called APP as "Choron Ka Barat" he said 'since morning I have been watching the Choron Ka Barat making noise and mourning for Kejriwal when you did corruption what happened to that time you are running away from the Investigation Agency. You have been called three times by ED but you did not go there. Now you are mourning you can be arrested Delhi CM it is your responsibility to follow the rules but you are not following that."
