Japan Earthquake put Japanese life under threat again

Starting the new year in this miserable way is still a nightmare for Japanese citizens. Today Japan was hit by multiple earthquakes at 16:10 local time, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake, and the five-foot-high tsunami waves are triggering which may cause a threat to the lives of Japan.



According to the Koydo New Agency reposted least two people fear death, which is likely to increase in the coming days.


Dozens of buildings have collapsed, and roads have been shown big cracks and damages. Daily life has been stopped along with the public transport systems like buses and Bullet trains.


Tsunami warning Evacuation process started


According to some local agencies, the tsunami waves are predicted within 300 km from the epicenter of Noto.

People are urged to leave the coastal areas, multi-story buildings, and high rises, as early as possible. A high alert has been issued to evacuate the citizens, as five-meter-high tsunami waves are expected to hit the Cotsal belts.


All the major highways were closed near the epicenter of the earthquake, more than 20000 households is without power and the cities were going to be covered in thick darkness.


There are many nuclear power plants near the affected areas which is going to be a great threat, however, Japan's nuclear authority says there was "no risk of radioactivity leaking".
