Home remedies for hair loss and dandruff
We all face the problem of hair fall during winters. During winters our scalp becomes very rough and with it comes a lot of dandruff problem. Hair will also become dull and lustrous. There are many home remedies that can be done to regain hair luster and lost hair.
Aloe vera gel is one of the ingredients for keeping hair healthy and almost everyone has this plan in their homes. Three spoons of aloe vera gel mixed in a glass of water with half a glass of onion juice can be made into a Serum for hair which is very good for hair growth. This hair serum can be used up to 3 times a week to promote new hair growth and reduce old hair loss.
Dandruff is also a big problem in winter. Mixing three spoons of coconut oil with one spoon of lemon juice and some crust camphor and applying it on the scalp and do shampoo after half an hour can also get rid of this problem.
As dandruff occurs in winter, many bacterial infections also cause hair loss. Neem leaves have anti bacterial properties which are very good for hair. Neem leaves are mixed with some onion juice in boiled water to make a serum which can be applied to the hair and shampooed after an hour. Using this will cause Danrafo to go away from the hair along with the bacterial infection of the hair.
Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and make a paste in the morning with some yogurt and olive oil and use it as a hair pack to remove dandruff and stop hair loss.
