DOES GOLD BUISNESS IS A PROFITABLE BUISNESS?

Gold business is one of the most profitable business in our country If you set up a gold shop and you don't sell much gold, you still have a lot of profit.For example, you bought a shop for 10 lakh rupees and kept 50 lakh rupees of gold in it. and sale 10 lakh rs gold then also Now what happens after four-five years or seven-eight years. Maximum after seven years the price of that gold will cross one crore its may be 1.2 - 1.4cr on that time.

       Now, if you sell this gold at a very low price, you will have not any loss because you bought this gold for 50 lakhs. Now, what is the market price? For example, the market price is 1.4cr. Now if you sell that gold for 1.2 crores or 1.3 crores then some one will buy it because it is lower then market price so everyone will try to take buy and then also you will have a profit because you bought this gold for 50 lakhs and you are selling at 1.2cr or 1.3cr you will make the profit of 70 lakh I'm not saying that you can't do gold business I mean what is your loss if you start a gold business and can't sell gold. Now, if you want to know what is the risk in this business, there are no risks in this business, maybe the gold is stolen or the gold is lost, there is only risk.
